Are the diamonds certified?
A complimentary IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificate will be provided for all bespoke diamonds above 1 carat for quality assurance and authenticity
How many grams of hair or fur is required?
We will only require approximately 3-5 grams of hair or fur to create a 1 carat diamond
How long does the process take?
As each diamond is fully bespoke and created from scratch, our production process requires approximately 3–4 months. This remains significantly faster than the industry average lead time, which typically exceeds 1 year
What is the return or exchange policy?
As each diamond is bespoke and custom-made exclusively for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns once production has commenced
